⊰ ♡♡♡ ⊱⊱—;; Craning her neck she could see the light pulsating in the other’s aqua orbs, shimmering with curiosity against the stranger’s glacial expression. As Anri crashed through the center of her psyche and scattering all the broken pieces through out the infinite number of locked doors and forbidden passages not a single piece was left to be foraged so now she lay. Whatever day it may be, what time it is if time was even real or simply a creation of man.

♡It all stopped and she was alone. Saika’s pleas were no longer present, the fluctuation of her tone from melodious notes to blood curdling shrieks and whines that echoed, bouncing off the cavernous recesses of her mind. It was all together chaos when that demon was around.

♡A desperate attempt was always made to settle her lustful nature, an obsession she drew from Anri pulling her red thread farther and farther unraveling the damsel since she was but a child. Sworn to be a warrior in the wake of her mother Anri has now fallen to the feet of someone who had not even uttered a word since their meeting.

♡Gripping the ground with no avail from her scafed knees the parasite crawled like a pathetic dog that’s broke his hind legs doing something impeccably stupid. The unhealthy reliance Anri’s had on the blade was showing through.

♡Sweat perspired from the pores swelling the flesh bright red and harsh tears left crimson streaks down her cheeks. It all burned terribly, boiling the blood and causing her stomach lining to erode due to the upset acid bubbling within. Vomiting was a near possibility at this point her gaze wavering quickly eyes darting everywhere except towards the brazen goddess like figure who stand calmly before her.

♡Reaching out to the shooter, woefully and with much sorrow Anri’s managed to speak, in broken syllables and disastrous stutters “Wh-wh-wh-wh-where- where- i-is sh-she-she??” The ineluctable fate now, was once again purely dependent on the parasite of recollection.

█{{✰}}██       She? There’s only one here to her knowledge with gloved digits taking hold of her extended hand to pull her to her feet if she so wished. Nobody else was there, save for this damsel from what she’s noticed and it did nothing to stop her from obviously wondering in mind as to whether or not if she were alright mentally. Mental health had a vast number of effects on them, given they were to rely on those they were connected to. They relied on them as a means of living, as part of their souls no less; her inhumanity is all but unnoticeable knowing this is not a place where human nor parasite can easily survive. “… she?” Finally, as dull as her tone is, she spoke instead of keeping quiet.

Nothing, nothing except those who would strike her down and aside from that? Just ruined buildings, everything being ruined to be honest knowing that there was nothing else one may do to fix that. Life doesn’t exist for the mundane here and she could do nothing about it other than hopefully, get this girl to safety there then maybe figure out who she’s speaking about later on so not to allow her to be found at this point.

The shooter wouldn’t leave her alone fortunately, although she isn’t a goddess of sorts, she’s more just a warrior… a normal warrior there in this place that housed something in her. She’s here to just see her get back, to where she belonged and would leave it at that knowing her place is not within a world that housed the dead. Dead souls, live souls, any form of souls really which may or may not be dangerous for anyone else. Now however, is not a good time to think about this, hand still keeping it’s grasp on hers, she would need to start moving now.

Follow me. Is what she’s trying to say given she hadn’t let go yet, follow her, don’t lose sight of her either and perhaps they can find whoever she’s looking for all the while. That is what she needed, right? She wanted to find someone so she would let her calm down elsewhere then get to searching if that’s all she needed. It’s better than just keeping in place with a human being, someone that would need shelter, food, anything for survival more than the shooter is going to need.

It isn’t like she may be able to do much of anything for her if she were to disagree to her attempting to be a knight for her sake. Child or not, she owed her to try since she had found her first before the others had tried to get near there. Nothing more or less than what she might need for this situation.

Right, now she’s getting distracted again and simply watching with oceanic not even leaving her form. She’s waiting for her to figure out what she wished to do, sit here and die or to get away from this area.

{{♡♡♡—;; Still scrambling for lost air Anri drew deep breathes which only became rapid and frantic as her mental stability began to disintegrate. As she became slowly aware of the situation something strange occurred within her. The usual defense mechanisms which drew her away from the harsh reality, where she ran behind a glass frame and simply witnessed the despicable life she lived. The raven would sit on a perch then scavenge for the necessities not caring about whatever consequences and rebuttals she may face later.

No, it was not weak or cowardly. It was nothing but a way of survival and it was her way. So what? If she was called horrid names and wretched person. It’s not like the girl was humans any longer. Stripping herself from the humanity and restraints drawn out by them she was free but within that freedom was just more pain, possibly harsher than  if she lived by the social standards around her.

A quiet pitiful whimper mewled from the damsel’s quivering lips as crystal tears slowly rolled down her rosy cheeks. Spotting the figure on the horizon, her silhouette slowly coming closer Anri’s heart began beating at an abnormally high rate to the point where cardiac arrest was a possible outcome. With Saika nowhere to be heard and no bladed weapons within the vicinity the survival rate for the young heroine was plummeting if the stranger was hostile in nature.

Of course the parasite meant no harm, not now, completely mortified about the entire ordeal and wishes she were back in her home living the sad life. At least then there was Saika, the detached murmurs that kept her awake at night and clawed bloody around her mind. It was torture but a torture she could no longer live without. Anri’s eye flickered.

image

█{{✰}}██ As surprising as it is, she showed no signs of being hostile when the shooter had paused at a distance. Not too far yet not too close, she wouldn’t dare to attack since she is not the type to needlessly shed blood unless driven to it. Perhaps that’s why she went as far as to extend out her hand, for her to take hold and help upon her feet if she so desired. She won’t attack a human for showing fear, fear is often what caused the soul to turn stagnant and she had realized it won’t do to take her life for being afraid of her or this world. Fear is something that can do many unpleasant things to them, if the warriors had felt it that is. She isn’t an exception to it, but she had driven herself far to overcome it so not to allow herself to fall victim to what would end her life so easily.

The damsel would be safe around her is what had been decided in her own mind, she’d protect her until they would figure out how to return her to her world. This place isn’t suppose to be open to humanity nor should it ever be seen by those other than the ones attached to the warriors of which thrived here. Survival is everything in this place that had no other life forms; something she felt would need to be taught if she can’t bring this girl back to where she belongs. That’s all she can do in any case, show her how to survive in this place anyways.

Her azure hues were gentle however much they were cold, flame flickering in one yet unlit as much as this may be a surprise. She’s not there to fight yet would not blame her if she tried starting one, human or not, she saw why she would be considered a frightening thing. If anything the child realized she’s frightening, harboring a monster in her that was given life from snapping in her own case, the fact she’s a stranger in a strange place, and even that she had no idea where she is all were possible factors behind it no matter her choice.

This is all she can do, prepare for the worse and keep her alive instead of watch as she fell to someone there deciding to use her as a target. Perhaps… she should try practicing speech? No, it might not help with the current circumstances were not necessarily a good time for it. “…” At least, that’s what she was thinking at this point.

{{♡♡♡—;; Gurgling beneath the surface of the crystal blue water azure waves continued to push Anri deep inside whatever distance caverns awaited her at the bottom. Within this dreamworld she had concocted, collected and controlled by her greatest fears all lined up and disguised by simple situation in which trigger complex series of emotions and actions.

♡All of which will end in the young lady’s demise but that’s OK isn’t it? From more fears come more chances to overcome them and thus freeing the bondage that’s held her back since childhood. But when in a dream, no matter how absurd nobody can tell that they are until they awaken from the tragic slumber.

♡So sinking down, being pulled, water filling her lungs she sank. Saika could not be heard which was the most peculiar of all. The echos of her fading breathe and thumping of the heart was it. No room to think but every singular recess was void of thought, all eaten up by the parasite whom vanished into thin air.

♡Now Anri was alone, truly alone, with only herself.

                                                                                           It scared her.

♡Once at the bottom the water rushed away and left her dry on another material plane. Another dream world only a stranger stood against the silver tile. The midnight maiden gripped around for a weapon that was non-existence. Energy draining fast Anri wished to give up and surrender to the bizarre nightmare that’s taken her.

image

█{{✰}}██ Whatever it was she wished for, seemed to have only came at the presence of the one who wandered this area to settle oceanic upon this midnight maiden without remotely a sign nor desire of wanting to attack. No, the shooter had been pulled there through her arrival in a world of silver and blue it seemed whenever she knelt down at a distance. This girl isn’t recognizable to her, did she have an other self? Maybe, she can’t exactly recall all of them by memory unfortunately.

The ones she did remember were often the ones of which that attacked her from some desire to cut her down for reasons she knew nothing of at this point.
                                                            Who is she?
No idea.
That figures, she might be amongst those who become lost here which wouldn’t have surprised her; she knew of one that had a… similar situation considering she was prone to switching. It’s not something she can do anything for either unfortunately without knowing how this maiden had arrived in the first place, this is just a desolate world that held no place for children of any age or even adults.

If anything she would be fortunate to leave here alive if the others had been drawn out, which would not surprise her either. They had to be curious enough to want to see this newcomer, for possibilities of whatever they may wish for. She’d have to stand between them, but she wouldn’t argue against it knowing that this would be for the best. Nobody deserved to meet their end to them or anyone really.
